Frank Mulligan has been hailed as archery’s
national unsung hero.
He received his award at the Society’s
150th Gala Dinner at the Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool after being praised
by chairman, Dave Harrison, for his commitment to the sport as a whole,
for founding six archery clubs, and for championing Field Archery.
